Association for Research and Social Innovation “Analyze, Design, Transformation” (ADT) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2014 with a commitment to fostering open, knowledge-based communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina that support inclusive and sustainable development while protecting the public interest and common goods. ADT works at the intersection of research, innovation, and civic engagement, developing initiatives that strengthen collaboration between academia, civil society, public institutions, and local communities.

Our Mission
Our mission is to design and implement socially impactful initiatives that address complex societal challenges by combining research, participatory engagement, and innovative methodologies. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and inclusive dialogue, we aim to generate solutions that empower communities, strengthen public institutions, and advance equitable and sustainable development.
Our Approach
ADT applies novel methods of social innovation and social engineering, integrating design thinking, mixed-method research, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to create solutions grounded in evidence and community needs. A distinctive hallmark of our work is the use of feminist action participatory methodology, which ensures that the voices and experiences of communities directly affected by social challenges shape the design, implementation, and evaluation of our initiatives.
This approach enables us to co-create interventions with stakeholders, ensuring that programs are inclusive, context-sensitive, and responsive to real societal needs.

Our Community
